**Join me this morning at 8.20am for this week's edition of Communities Against Cancer. This week I will be joined by Pam Marshall and Claire Elizabeth from the local charity Hannah's Holiday Home.**
**Pam's daughter, Hannah, was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s disease at 8 years of age, and at the age of 10 on 19th September 2004 Hannah passed away peacefully at her family home in Waterlooville.**
**Find out how Hannah's bravery and determination to fundraise for others during her illness, led her Mum to launch a charity in her name.**
**Hannah's Holiday Home provides specially planned holidays for families with young children who are being treated for Cancer.**
