Andrew Lyons was born in Essex (Dagenham!) but has lived near Chichester for the past 50 years on and off and now permanently. Professionally he was an NHS Consultant Surgeon but is now very semi-retired.
Andrew loves progressive music, being introduced to Emerson Lake and Palmer in 1972. He feels very fortunate to have seen most of his prog heroes live from ELP to Steven Wilson. He says he’s amazed how much new fantastic prog music is being made in the UK and Europe and enjoys playing this and the old classical prog from the last decades of the twentieth century on his Progressive Rock Show at 4.00pm every Saturday and at 10.00pm on Tuesday nights.
Andrew’s interests are running (while listening to The Flash at the same time!), expert witness work (listening to The Flash at the same time) and travelling far and wide (always tuning in to The Flash at the same time).
Andrew loves being part of The Flash and listening to all the wonderful shows from the amazing team!
