Phil Church, who sadly passed away after a brave fight against Cancer, was one of our most beloved presenters.
Despite ill health, Phil not only continued to produce his popular Wednesday evening show with Colin Thomas, but he even launched a new series for Monday lunchtimes. He even shared his Cancer experiences with our listeners in a special programme hosted by Ken Ebbens.
Phil had a love of music from all genres, and ran Harbour Records in Emsworth for many years. His great knowledge of music previously led him to become an organiser of live music for Butlins holiday camps.
Phil first joined The Flash in March 2016 and thankfully, with archive recordings, we can continue to broadcast his wonderful shows as a tribute.
